As subject header says. Is it just me or anybody else. I'm U.S. east coast. The launcher right now is showing about 8000 online so it's not everybody.

edit: I'm in now. Had to open a close the launcher a couple times.

Same problem.

Have tried closing & re-opening launcher several times as you suggested but no luck.

Will try again in the morning.

I'm having the exact same problem - cleared the cache, restarted my computer, logged accounts out and back in -- nothing. Put in a ticket while I download the latest Windows updates but yeah glad to hear I'm not alone this morning.

Same problem here (& Hi Iphi).
Found a possible fix on another forum:

had this issue as well, but I went to Settings> Shared Cache Settings > Verify Integrity of Downloaded Files

It seemed to fix it after I restarted the launcher. You may or may not have to reset your cache as well in the same fashion.

Good luck!

I'm in the process of trying this now wish me luck Big smile

Same here. Cannot seem to log in on TQ - seems to hang after I put in log in credentials.

However no problem on SISI.

Heya!

Same here; verifying the downloaded files showed no corrupt files.

My guess: CCP's side; its the only thing that explains the SiSi (works) vs. TQ (doesn't) thing.

Had also some problems to login. Play button changes from triangle to square, but then goes back to triangle, never turns green. Ran a network tracert and got a few request timeouts and 42ms pingtimes.

Maybe related with level3 dyn packet loss at the moment.

Verify cache. rebooting.
Trying to put in the authenticator code, when again trying to connect to tq. says that I need to enable cookies in my edge browser. But they are enabled.

switching to sisi. which worked ok and then back to tq and I could login.

Well I finally managed to log back on, but now instead of my Eve client using 35-40% of my cpu, it is now using 60-80%, and running less smoothly than before -- with the same settings. Granted I installed Windows Updates in order to get this working again, so that might also have something to do with it... wonder what exactly was in this morning's patch What?

Further to my previous post, after opening & closing the launcher dozens of times it has finally decided to work as intended.

I had the same issue on my other PC immediately after the latest patch but the launcher worked on that machine after one close/re-open.

I will check CPU usage later.

I just got home from work, logged into the client and pressed play..... then pressed play again.... nothing after 15 minutes.

I submitted a support ticket and then relaunched the "Launcher"... and now I can play...hm.
Strange but ok.

Now that I've had a chance to look at the performance side more closely, I can definitely report a large drop in performance (especially when running multiple accounts at once).

Previously my PC had no difficulty running up to 6 of my accounts at once (even when they were all in space).

Now two or three characters running at once (even just sitting in station) causes a huge decrease in performance. It seems to get worse the longer I am on.

Sounds like the same date the old launcher stopped working for me
