Excavator Drones and Mining Drone Specialization

The attributes for Mining Drone Specialization shows 100% velocity bonus per level. However, the wording of the skill and the actual calculation based on the info window appears to be 2%.

Which is the actual intended velocity bonus?

2%, as per the dev blogs, and the actual given bonus, the 100% seems to be a typo.
