Strip miners nerfed?

Hi. I noticed after DT today, that the mining amount pr cycle for a tech1 Strip miner has dropped from 1571 to 1366m3 on a Skiff fully boosted by Rorqual.

Hmm, today after DT i'm getting 1571 again - wonder what was wrong yesterday......

Might have been a UI bug. Tooltips can get the details wrong on rare occasions. Might have been not taking a skill or ship buff into account or something. Anyways, strip away!
