+4's? Eveboard says you've got basic's in. Toon's been gutted. Doesn't even have Evasive maneuvers skillbook. Armor skills need work, zero shields skills. "Perfect" JF pilots are getting bids in the 10B range; with the amount of work this one needs what do you realistically think you're gonna get for this toon?

I'll offer 2B and you'll probably just thank me for the bump.

2b is undervalued, however I WILL thank you for pointing out that I was missing evasive maneuvering. Has been fixed, OP updated.

What about those implants, though?

I'll readily admit that the offer was undervalued, however advertising as a focused JF toon might be a bit of a stretch as it was missing things that proper JF toons should have. It's only "focused" because literally everything else has been extracted out.

I think part of the lowball offer was my knee-jerk reaction to seeing the amount of work I'd have to do to get a proper JF toon afterwards, if I had bought yours. How's 4B?
