Not specialised into one race or one type of hull, I want Support/Gunnery/Missile/SpaceshipCommand skills.

No need for any cap related skills.

Tempted to post my other char but can't do 30b Sad

Guessing yo want something along the lines of... over 50M SP, multi-racial frigs, destroyers, and cruisers, including multi-race T2, and T3, T2 fitting skills for shield, armor, missile, hybrid, hyrid, laser with just over 300,000 non-allocated SP?

Sounds good ^_^ I can do higher than 30B (probably up to ~35).
