I've been travelling on work for the past two months or so. I was aware of some promotions going on, but wasn't able to check it out until now. Did I miss out on my chance to redeem the Gnosis, its skin, and the like?

I think the Gnosis & selection of Blood Raider SKINs you're talking about are part of a reward that will be delivered with the next release, on or around 8 November.

You need to have been subscribed from roughly the start of September, I think. So subbing now would not get you those items.
