I am USTZ 36 Mill SP pilot in search of a new home after a 1.5 year hiatus.

Skills are primarily focused in combat. Can fly a decent amount of Caldari and Minmatar ships along with a little bit of Gallente. Think I would like to get into Cap piloting eventually but I'm more focused on training to add more variety to my hangar and meet the needs of my corp.

Looking to try and get back into the Null Sec life where PvP is regular and isk-making opportunities are good. Ideally, I would be looking to get into a Medium sized corp that might be part of a larger coalition/alliance. I liked the ability to roam around in gangs while occasionally being called up for blobs for home defense or sov wars.

Would also appreciate a corp that is a little bit more laid back and flexible with RL stuff. Not that I won't be on a lot but I won't exactly be around to respond to every call to action or scheduled fleets (RL takes priority.) Some nights I like to chill, make isk, and chat while other nights I just want to kill all the ships! Anyone looking to help a bro out and work with me while I shake off the rust?

What is different about Federation Fleet?
Every active member of the corporation receives a vote on internal affairs, whether to accept a new member or kick, if we relocate and where, etc. Even who gets promoted. We're building a long term corporation. This also means that members get a share of profits from corp-based contracts, moon goo, etc.

What is like life for Federation Fleet members?
We roam a lot. We generally don't gate camp. Bullshit a lot on TS3. We have no CTAs now or in the foreseeable future. Our fleets are generally composed of frigs, destroyers and cruisers.

Do you have a market? What are your logistics like?
We have a market in our home system in 0.0 that we seed. We heavily use wormholes to both perform logistics and create content. Members generally take a wormhole to our staging region of Stain, and then take wormholes to other reasons to gank folks.

Political situation? Blues?
We have two blue alliances that are personal friends of The Romulans, we are not involved in any coalition bloc and never will be.

How do I join?
The first piece in joining is having an interview with a member. We will make sure you're a good cultural fit for Federation Fleet (and we vet/research you). Once you've cleared this, we set you up with an interview with a very loosely organized committee of 3-5 members who you will chat with and get to know you. Finally, that committee and any active members with voting rights that were listening in will vote on your acceptance/rejection. This all can take place over the course of 2-3 hours.
