How long does it take to actualy look at a support ticket?

Kinda getting flustered here, someone hacked into my account and used the saved CC on my account to buy 6x plex filed a support request 3 days ago and I have not even gotten a reply from a GM to say they are working on it. Will soon go to my bank and get a case opened with them to get my money back cause I have not even been acknowledged by a GM yet Ugh

I've never had a hacked account situation, so for those specific types of questions I can't answer, however for other tickets it has taken about a week to receive the first acknowledgement when I've submitted something.

Where money is concerned together with claims of account hacking, from what I have read of others, CCP take these things very seriously. I know it's frustrating not to receive an acknowledgement, up they will get around to it.

Its something they have to thoroughly investigate, it takes time.

Sounds a bit weird if you haven´t even recieved a 'working on it' response. If I where you I would go to the Bank immediatly because you will need to speak to them regardless. I'm sure CCP are looking into it since it's a security/account related issue and that those usually have high priority.

Yes I understand that but they could at-lest acknowledge it and say they are working on it, my sub is due in 8 days and despite the things I have done on my end I still I don't fell completely comfortable putting a new card on there till this gets resolved.

I went to my bank and they are investigating but if CCP gets back to them and says something like the transaction was legit then they wont do anything and close the case.

Never seems to take longer than a day and a half or 2 days for me, I hope they get to you and can resolve it fast Ugh
