T2 Command Bursts : +25% strength bonus bugged?

Hello there,

I have recently tested the T2 shield and information command burst modules with the Caldari Navy Command Mindlink. The thing that I noticed is that the strength of the "bursts" with the T2 bursts, was identical to that of the T1 command bursts. I have tested this with and without the mindlink, and it is not the issue. I also made sure to take note of the fitting window and it did not change either, so this does not appear to be a "tool-tip" bug.

Edit: I should also mention that I was in a Vulture for this testing.

This is true. Other problem is that overall boost is reduced since warface specialist, in its new form, no longer gives a bonus to boost amount like it does now.
