I've just gotten into manufacturing (Just T1 ships) and I have some pretty sweet spreadsheets working to help me do what I need to do -

The only piece of the manufacturing puzzle I'm missing is selling all my produced ships.

I have about 2 bil now locked in my ships and playing the .01 isk game in jita isn't fun (I don't have.

I'm wondering if there are any ways to sell everything quickly between the lowest jita sell order and the highest jita buy order.

Your choices are:
- sell to buy orders, which probably means selling at a loss.
- set your price in the middle of the cycle (market history tab) and let the market come to you - could take a while.
- move to a smaller, less competitive hub, I rarely adjust my prices more than twice a day. Volumes will be lower but margins probably higher.

Don't play the .01 game unless you actually enjoy it. On the other hand - when it is time to adjust your price, the rational choice is to set your new price .01 below the competition. There is no advantage to setting a lower price - you're just leaving money on the table.

You could also try selling through a mailing list, such as Wholesale Trading. I've seen a lot of people selling ships for jita split. Also often done through contracts so you'll save a decent amount of brokers fees and taxes.

A couple of years ago a guy from out in nullsec someplace approached me and asked me to build him some 980 T1 frigates (several different types). Gave me a good price, contingent on delivery to Slays, which I guess was close to where he wanted to take them in null. Frigates aren't usually all that profitable, but I made some good isk on that gig. BTW, I didn't build *all* the frigates — a few were cheaper to buy in Jita.

I stopped producing low margin high volume stuff for exactly that reason. Ships are also taking up a lot of hauling space. The best is probably to find a regular customer/corp to sell to or let the market come to you as mentioned. Alternatively play the 0.01 game only during peak hours (remember 2 or 3 stacks are your friend), or find out when the most people buy your product.

I'm my own NPC alt.

You need to sell things at places where there's a market for them, but outside the hubs.

Try selling Catalysts in Uedama or Niarja. Just don't take them there by Freighter.

Sell at a higher price, and wait for buyers to come to you. At some point, someone will be stupid enough (like me) to buy up everything and manipulate price upwards.

Sell them in low sec stations so those guys don't have to leave to resupply.

Actually, I think gankers would prefer this method of delivery lol.
