Capital Manufacturing Plant Fuel Requeriments

o7 everyone.

I was checking all the new Service Modules and saw that the Capital Manufacturing only use 10 Blocks/h, instead of the 30 Blocks/h in the Devblog.

I open a Bug Report in case is wrong. If is intended, the Standard is using way to much fuel/h compare to the Capital one

This is a change, I'm fairly sure CCP budged on the value with the amount of feedback they received on how prohibitively expensive the initial fuel requirements were proving.

If that's the case, they should change the Standard one, not the Capital one.
