When is Rorqual changes hitting Sisi?

Was wondering since there is less than a month to the update, the changes should soon be hitting Sisi or? :)

When are they expected to be hitting ?

Similarly, I haven't found any concrete evidence to this end. At this point it all seems to be a matter of 'it'll be there once we can get it working'. I mean even just the ability to fit multiple command bursts right now is broken. Admittedly, I'm VERY curious where CCP got their (old) 18400m3 yield number on the rorqual.

Let's take the OLD value on the excavator mining drones

400m3/60s cycle, 50% (1.5x) bonus on ship hull with skills 5, 500% (6x) bonus on industrial core 2, 5 drones
400*5*1.5*6 = 18000 m3/60s

Fitting ANY rigs puts you well over 18400. Incorporating drone interfacing puts you over this amount, as does mining drone specialization

The NEW value on excavator mining drones
325m3/90s cycle, 50%, 500%, 5 drones = 9750m3/60s. Now lets say that we take into account mining drone spec (1.1), drone interfacing 5 (1.5), that's 16087m3/60s. Adding 3 t1 rigs puts us at over 18400.

I think the numbers they use generally are using no modifier mods :)
