Issues, Workarounds & Localization

The local chat channel member list sometimes stops updating. It happens randomly. Sometimes the list is correct even after several hours, sometimes its incorrect after ~30min. It looks like this:

The counter at the top of the window is correct, but the member list only shows 1 player. There could be 9 red flashies in system and i couldnt even see it! Im having this pretty serious bug for almost a year now! I made serveral bug reports, but they didnt seem to have any effect.

I imagine that this bug is hard to reproduce because it happens randomly.

Changing systems fixes the bug. Docking and undocking at a NPC station does NOT. It happens on my laptop and on my desktop PC and on all my accounts and verifying the game cache does not fix it, so i dont think that the problem is on my end. On the other hand, im not seeing any threads about this problem here so i want to know if anyone else has this problem.

EDIT: I checked my bug reports again. One has been closed, the other "attached". So its a real bug.
