After the Free to Play comes in, how will "Recruit a friend" work? Will this be unchanged or will it be removed.

Haven't seen anything mentioned as yet, but hopefully it will stay.

The Alpha clones in the new release train at a lower skill speed and have restrictions on what they can train until they sub. A buddy invite creates an alt that can train at Omega speeds, has less restrictions, and rewards the invitee. Perhaps it needs tweaking a bit going forward.

Good question, would like to see an answer on this one myself, or if there's a revamped buddy scheme in the works.

CCP has already mentioned that they will be doing something for the invite links but have not said what yet. Im waiting to see what they are going to do with it as well. Or even if they will honor the old invites that havent upgraded yet or not by the old standards or the new ones.

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.

I don't see any need to change it much.

Way it is now, you refer someone, you and they get some extra stuff when they activate the account.

The only way it would need to change is to replace "activate" with "omega" right?

Same exact system, except in stead of the 21 day trial it's just active until they use it, and have limited a referral limit so you can only have X invites active at a time.
