PLEX option - "Activate on behalf of"

Thinking about the upcoming clone state changes and ways to motivate F2P to paid status...

What about a way to apply a plex payment to someone's unpaid clone state? The idea being, instead of giving someone a plex (which may be subject to scams), you can apply it from your inventory to their account to activate them to paid status.

I'd be more hesitant to give someone a plex directly vs. being able to activate them to paid status directly.

You can already do this.

Any account can activate a PLEX on behalf of any other account.

You just activate it and donate the 30 days to another character, which is the last option:

It's the same thing as what you are asking for.
