The player "Mallson" of the "Member of Adversity." corp. destroyed my POS without my permission or consent on Singularity. I received the following DED EVE-Mail on Singularity:

It appears that the POS in question was not equipped with Strontium Charges, and was unable to reinforce after taking sufficient damage. As such, the Titan was able to destroy the POS with no resistance, in one fell swoop. The POS in question was being used to produce a Hel Minmatar Supercarrier. Three days were remaining on the Hel's production when the POS was destroyed.

After receiving this EVE-Mail, I headed to the POS site, in system CX7-70, and found my Control Tower, my Supercapital Array, and my hangars, had disappeared. I assume they were destroyed by Mallson.

Also, I received this Kill Report regarding two of my Obelisk Freighters from around the same time. The Freighters were positioned near the POS when they were destroyed. I can provide a screenshot of the site at which my POS used to be anchored, but it's empty, aside from an anchored Cyno Generator and Jump Bridge.

Hm, what?

I guess, but I don't see any other complaints from people other than you about these people ruining the test server. Do you realize the test server isn't your playground, anything within the combat areas and that isn't the station grid is fair game. It's not called harassment, if you decide to put up a citadel in any combat area, we have the right to kill it like everyone else. We as that group that you hate so much, don't force you to not use your ships in combat areas but simply just scared of losing it.

Hm so, here's the truth. Power is simply power, people will abuse it when they have it, and people will hate who has it. This has been a occurrence on the test server since the beginning (DDIFI or Doomsday Testing, N0FUN and now BODYS?) alhough if you were around when NOFUN was "that" group, you would be begging ISD/CCP to ban them for simply logging in seeing how upset you are here. If that big mean group disappeared, your "group" would do the exact same and abuse it, it's fact a within the nature of humanity.

Your group have been harassing our group for what seems to be weeks, all starting when we blew up your ships , reporting things which have been greatly exaggerated, falsified reports for weeks on end to get both CCP and an ISD involved in your personal grudge vendetta towards us. Your "group has harassed us with verbal abuse from the very start of our 'clash', you've all been on a rage rant and you wonder who's fueling the "trolls"?

If the test server is unpleasant for your little group then maybe you shouldn't have been such whiny people, and constantly complaining in the first place.

(Also ISDs: please don't remove this post. I tried to keep it as civil as possible, but these false posts on here are getting extremely pathetic)
