ESS - has visible beacon or not

Hi guys,

this is official CCP statement:

"The ESS has a global beacon, meaning it will be visible by all players, allowing them to warp directly to it. "

Currently my OV has checked all deployable, as well as showing all brackets. Still I do not see an ESS beacon in OV. Am I doing sth wrong or missing sth?
