I just started a job for this without any decryptors and the industry window claims the resulting BPCs would get 20 runs instead of the usual 10 for modules. Can anybody confirm this and/or point out the reasons for it?

Sounds to me like you are making copies, not inventing t2 BPCs

No, OP is correct. Base runs for RHML II BPCs is 20. They also take twice as many datacores as other BS sized missile launchers, and the invention time is about double, as well.

If it's a bug, it's been bugged since their release. Pretty sure it's intended, though I couldn't tell you why they're special snowflakes.
