Fighters landing on me at 1000+ km?

This seems to be a random, but very frequent, issue. When I engage warp in my carrier and land at my destination, my fighters warp with me as intended, but they land shortly after I land, and they're at least 1000km away. Sometimes much farther. They will continue to do this over and over until I sit for 5+ minutes recalling them and bursting their MWDs.

This is clearly a bug. Is CCP aware of this? I've seen at least 1 other thread about this, and it was locked for an unknown reason.

By their fruit you will recognize them.

can confirm.
very easy to reproduce as well: send fighters away , enter warp tunnel, recall fighters during warp

You can prevent this from happening by either recalling and docking fighters before warping or by completing the warp before recalling the fighters but it's still not working as intended and it's disappointing it has been in the client so long already.

i doubt it would even be a bug as this only happens to me when recalling during warp. practicly the same happens when a player warps to you during your warp tunnel they don't land on your destination but your position in space at the moment of activating the warp.
