So I recently got a new card, which means I need to resub. One thing I noticed was that you used the circular/radio button for the option in place of the square/check box option for "remember payment details". Which causes the OCD in me to get distracted looking for the other radio buttons on that row, of which there were none. Which of course caused me to be triggered for breaking UI rules that have probably been around longer than I've been alive.
