What level combat anoms and ded complexes can be soloed with a Gila?

I don't do anoms, but properly fit a Gila should be able to do up through 7/10s except Serpentis 6/10 if you fit right. And actually now that I'm looking at it a specialist fi *might* be able to do a Serp 6 as well, albeit slowly.

With a moderate Bling fit( Pith - Amplifiers go for less than 50m ISK) I do Angel Hubs( 8/10) without problems.
( I won't complete Forlorn or Forsaken ones without warping off once..which totally screws income... )

Depending on the space you live in you could have more dangerous E-War from Rats...

Simply start with DamageControl and Shield Power Relays in low slots for great tank but very low DPS.
See what you may tank.
When you feel secure switch Low Slots from Tank to Drone Damage Amplifier.
Repeat until all low slots are for Damage.
When you want even more risk...exchange Mid Slot Tank for Drone Omnidirectional Tracking Link or Navigation Computer.

Since Sansha rats do EM/Therm, would a Gila and other shield tank boats presumably do worse in those sites? I am also considering using a VNI to try to run these anoms, and while I know a VNI can run hubs by just warping in and orbiting at 50, would Sansha anoms be more difficult, making a Gila unable to complete a Hub?
