From what i understand:

the party is out, you must be 21 to enter the club.

the pubcrawl is out, again must be 21.

you can not stop in a casino at all, you have to keep moving. (21 to gamble [note this is strictly enforced, i had my, at the time, 9 month old son in a stroller and stopped to watch my wife gamble, was told that i had to keep moving because 'no one under 21 can stop in a casino, this includes babies'])


per the eve vegas website:

"Is there minimum age for EVE Vegas?
No. But minimum age for the EVE Vegas Party is 21 years (strict), and you need to bring your identification with proof of age to enter. Same restrictions apply for the Pub Crawl."

so stay out of the party, the pubcrawl, and the casino's and you are fine

Quite the opposite.

Las Vegas is very strict with it's drinking laws. You must be 21. Drinking in public is only permitted on the strip (known as the corridor for zoning) but not outside the Corridor. Drinking in public is also allowed in the downtown casino area.

OP - At the event in Planet Hollywood, you would be allowed on the mezzanine floor to attend the event if you wish. But you would be restricted to the mezzanine only. The lower half of the property is all casino. Las Vegas does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to loiter in any casino common areas.

thanks! yea last time i went to laughlin to go to the river we had to walk through the casino to get everywhere that we needed to go like food and stuff and one of my friends loves the classic stuff and there was an old slot machine store which we weren't allowed in apparently even though they told us its fine they still called the security though luckily we left in time xD then got the security called on us like 4 more times just because we were walking through the casino :p
