One would hope they put it up soon as it is part of the November expansion and they have done a dev blog on it they usely put them up right after a dev blog but who know's it will go up when it goes up

Most likely see the new changes for mining about a day before the patch hits live. Then Fozzie will wonder why people have their pitchforks out near his office like he is Frankenstein.
