What happens to stuff I have on the market in a citadel when it is destroyed?

Orders are cancelled and product is handled by the asset safety system: https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/208289365-Asset-Safety. As far as I know brokerage fees and taxes are not refunded.

Taxes are only paid when the item sells, so it is only Brokerage fees that are lost.
