This forum is full of posts of scammed ppl. Simple reason is: you can not proof it was you, who upgraded the account. Even if you give your buddy exact time it is still your word against his. Imagine: you upgraded your account, than created one more, non upgraded account, post your 'buddy' time of the first account upgade, but you do it from second, non-upgraded account. 'Buddy' sends you reward to the second account, and now you contact him from the first one, asking for the reward for the second time. 'Buddy' tells you , that he already sent the reward but you can petition, because you contacted him now from the account you really upgraded. So 'buddy' will have to send you the reward for the second time or close his reward program.
