[UX] New Market Graph time-frame issue

Hi CCP,

Firstly, thanks for the shiny new market graph! It's great :) There is one bug i've found however which is driving me a little insane. Repro steps:

1. Select an item, select the 'Price History' tab
2. Adjust the time frame to something larger (i.e. from 30 days to 60 days) using the timeline slider
3. Select another item
4. Note timeframe on the 'Price History' tab for the new item

Actual results:
- The timeframe reverts back to the default amount (30 days) when selecting a new item

Expected results:
- The timeframe stays the same when selecting a new item

Also, why are there negative values in the price history graph Y-axis? Surely you can't pay less than 0.01 ISK for something?
