I actually had the honor of flying with him while I was in ROM3 in mid-06. Me and some of my corp mates (tvol, Tarphon, KNIGHT RAVEN) had a special connection with him as we were Deputy Sheriffs in Nashville Tennessee. He loved and respected law enforcement and we loved and respected him. He was by far the best FC I've ever flown with. We didn't always win, but it was always a bloody good time!

He would have us rolling and spitting out our coffee and/or booze. He'd say something classic like, "Get back to the gate you fat ****!". We'd have 300 man fleets, jump into a system with lag and be dead before our screen even loaded. But it was a Hell of a time. He'd jump in with his Sleipnir and say, "I'll tank their whole Goddamn fleet!". We really looked up to him and believed he could do it.

Anyway, my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
