Going to crack open a bag of asian salad for a first meal even though it is late morning my time. I have a bad habit of not eating in the morning. I get busy with things and forget. It can make me grumpy so I need to schedule time to eat and not just splash down a coffee or energy drink.

Apple dumplings with sugar glaze icing, yep I can squeeze that in. It's the fall, harvest meals are always a little over the top. Sparkling apple cider to wash it down. yum yum
