In the launcher, the news section usually doesn't load for me (sometimes it does).

Could you provide us with the version number of the Launcher you're using?
You can find it in the bottom right corner of the launcher window.

Same problem as Captain Campion
Launcher version number is: 1069348.1035

even 1035
happens sometimes since a week i guess

even after suspend to disk sometimes the launcher dont show a play x accounts button but the "add new"

Da die auf Schildwall vorhandenen Informationen nur einen minimalen Einfluss auf das Endergebnis der Neuspielererfahrung von EVE als ganzes gehabt hätten,habe ich beschlossen, die Informationen so zu belassen, wie CCP sie zu liefern in der Lage ist.

This issue should be solved when we update the launcher to .1042 :)

EDIT: .1042 is now live, please refresh your launchers and see if the issue persists.
