Is there any idea when we can see a Engineering Complexes dev blog so that we can get an idea what it will take to build them as well as changes they will bring to the game?

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

i dont see them anywhere yet, possible that svipuls menace took them all and they wil reward the hats once we kill them so 1 hat 1 svipul but where are devblogs? svipuls took them too ?
