Absurd FPS drops

Good evening everybody,

the problem i'm facing (for long time) is a sudden FPS drop when docking/undocking/warping/jumping. Since i would like to update a bit my pc (without build a completely new one) i need to discover why this happens so can avoid to spend money for nothing.

Facts:

1 - PC hardwre/O.S.:

CPU: i3 2125 (problem manifests with either stock and light overclock)
Motherboard: P8Z68-M PRO
Storage : Samsung SSD 840 Pro 120 GB (O.S. and games) + 500GB WD Re4
RAM : 2x4GB G.skill DDR3 9-9-9-24
Graphic Card: MSI GTX 650 Ti boost
PSU : Seasonic X-400 (couldn't find its page on seasonic's site)
O.S.: Windows 10 (latest update and sure i miss Win 7 a lot)

2 - Setting EVE graphics to minimum or maximum or midway, set interval one or immediate doens't affect the dps drop, only the max fps i get

3 - MSI Afterburner log available here: first one is taken with every setting at min (Trails, Light rays, etc not selected), second with everything at max (including trails, lights rays, post processing and all). Both are taken with only one eve client launched (have 2x clients isn't making any difference on active client beside that the unactive client showed around 10 FPS). P.S. pls note that the 0 FPS on 2nd log was due client become inactive)

4 - CPU/GPU voltages seems fine (even if i didn't find any decent tool to monitor all of them) Vcore fluctuates a lot (between 0.8 to 1.13) but afaik it's normal.

Please help me find out WTF is happening, i'm going totally mad!!!! Shocked

Problem is not on you. It's in the game client so I hope they to fix it soon

If you mean occasional stalls (I get them for example during warping) - then this is not the fault on your side. (gtx 1070, heavily OCed 3570k)

nope...from my experience with CCP they always will blame us from the problems that we have in the game and never the problem is in their game...so we will wait till patch on Thursday

Now I just login and it seem everything is fine. I just saw that there was a little patch on my launcher so this fixed my issue. Now the FPS is 70 in station which is normal

It has something with postprocessing, seems it does not turn off even from game settings.
Thats why massive fps drops in places with fogs belts, missions, npc structures and so on.

if that's the problem is quite hilarious!

Thx all for the reply, hope to heard some good news soon from ccp too: it's not nice play with such troubles even with low graphics settings!
