That is true. I should have mentioned most high sec explorers don't run mags, though simply carring the salv with you and switching out wouldn't be much hastle really. I am a 'brute force' explorer honestly though, I don't even run the radars. I'd rather spend that time looking for the next DED site.

Many exploreres use many different styles/fits, and are successful. I'm a ded farmer, and shiney dedspace mods are all I'm concerned about.
