Serpentis Anomic Base Taloses hit way too far now

A patch in June caused the Serpentis Base Talos to hit very, very far away, like 350+ km far. The standard way to run this mission was to approach each Talos at an angle and start orbitting. However, even with the "perfect" orbit, transversal for the farthest Talos is still low enough that he can hit you perfectly from accross the grid.

Because you are not intended to be able to tank these things (over 1500 dps incoming), my current work-around is to bring in an alt in an interceptor to distract the farthest Talos so I don't straight-up die in my 600 mil sig/shield-tanking Vagabond. Which is ridiculous.

Before the June patch the farthest Talos would disengage you while you were outside of 300 km, so you only had to deal with the center Talos and the other side Talos you were fighting.

I've noticed this too, the furthest Talos would disengage at 225 (or maybe 250km) and keep you locked, but stop firing. Now he fires nonstop the entire mission, and doesn't switch to drones during the first engagement.

I haven't had any issues doing with vagabond or deimos though, just orbit at like 30km with MWD on until the closest two go through their ship/drone/ship/drone agro cycle (30sec or so) and then stay focused on drones. After that you can close orbit and only have to tank the furthest one.
