Im wondering. Does the CODE still owe you the 2 billion or have they dodged your wrath?

Also, Leading right into a post from the title is a bigger crime than the hauler you wer hauling that was empty. I'll think up a rule and slap a huge pricetag on it (probably 2 billion or somethingish) so be sure to pay up or get added to 'the list'. Until then ill be AFK. Feel free to have a busy day.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

I was led to believe there was one document, which was not updated and it didn't cover the situation at hand. Which was the whole point of the original message. Which, had you bother to read it in full, or even, as a worst case scenario, been able to read it at all, would hopefully had understood.

Pointing that I don't know how to read only points your own inability to see how frustrated you are with your loss.

First of all, enforcing the Code does not require to have a permit. Didn't you read the most valuable document there is in eve history? Or didn't you understand its true meaning? There are actually trained agents that will help you to understand every single line! Second, the question if James indeed is above THE NEW HALAIMA CODE OF CONDUCT can only be determined by a democratic vote. Since this vote already happened by proxy we only have to ask James himself.

Dear saviour of hisec, could you please enlighten our path and tell us if these heretics are right in their ridiculous claim that you're breaking your own code of conduct or if we should feel ashamed to even ask that question for clarifying purposes. I'm pretty sure that enforcing it with a permit would at the very least be following the spirit of the Code - and probably the letter, considering all high sec activities require a permit, which would presumably include enforcing said Code - because to insist others follow the NHC without a valid permit is very much like police officers operating without badges.
