Bracket Coloring/Editing doesn't work anymore

Out of nowhere nothing is working anymore.
Anyone know why?

Sounds like your overview file might be bugged. Might I ask what you are using to mod the ship labels? I've always used Eve Custom Ship Labeler and still works without fail (though the option to affect players in NPC corps will bug it out too).

Try making another file with that and see if that works better. One thing to note is that while generates an XML file and Eve generates a YAML file, Eve can recognize and import either file type.
