it's more about how much ISK I'd had to spend to inject her up to a JF pilot (nav and cap skills etc).

She doesn't need much to fly and already has jdc 4 in most cases fine. Not maxed by any means but what you do with her after isn't my concern. Don't train these to lose oak 7 bil

You don't have gallente freighter IV or jump freighters I, thats over 10 days of training. How about you learn how to read instead of trying to scam people.
