Issues, Workarounds & Localization

There is monumental disfunction occurring with the launcher that requires immediate attention.

Besides not actually loading the username and password box it also prevents the entire screen from loading on the launcher.
Finally, when I have managed to get it working, it closes sockets and when I try to open the loader it states:

"Remote Info-file could not be fetched. http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt
Please check your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support by filing a petition."

The last part is silly because I have other accounts logged in as it tells me this, so it isen't the connection and if it was my connection or an actual problem with eve, I wouldent be able to File a petition.

Whats going on?
