Heat damage on XL Launchers

Seams that the Heat Damage of XL Launchers(Torpedo and Cruise) is too much for Dreads, just 1 cycle in Siege means 40-50% Damage. And is Worst in the Leviathan, 1 cycle goes to 65% cause it has 6 Launchers. For both ships; Phoenix and Leviathan; only last 3 cycles.

As far as I know, heat damage is related to RoF, and now XL Launchers have a ridiculous long RoF so they burn out in 3-5 cycles, but in Siege it means 45 seconds.

Same for Rapid Torp Launchers, even if his Heat Damage is low, the RoF when in Siege is ridiculous, so they burn out so quickly...

Could you check if this is intended or not?

I noticed this when I flew phoenixes a few months back. It does seem bit much. I can cycle my vehement's guns for about two minutes straight without burning them out, but can't overheat a phoenix for more than 2 cycles. Perfect thermodynamics skills.
