Basically- a real, balanced fleet where FC's want your CHARACTER not a ship. New characters are better in a small ship than taping together a BC just to be another DPS drone for a weak FC. maybe we'll have solo frigate roaming again. Even if it's still just blobs- frigate blobs are chaotic, slap-happy fun.

Similar fitting bonuses to this single BS gun, naturally, but for only one turret. I think this would look cool and be totally awesome.
