I have opened 2 support tickets about this but haven't gotten any help yet, so I guess to the forums!

For over a month I have been unable to install the new launcher, and now the old launcher is no longer supported so I imagine it's slightly more pressing for me to keep playing my accounts.

When I download and run the exe nothing happens, it gives me some indication it is starting to load, then nothing happens.

I have tried running as admin(and I have permissions on this machine, sole user)

I am running Windows 10 on fairly modern hardware
GTX 970
i7-4790k

I have tried turning off my firewall, I have tried un-installing the game(which lead to me having to re-install with the old xp launcher a month or so ago)

I have tried downloading the entirety of the game data first using the link on their download page.

I'm having the same problem.

I've uninstalled the previous launcher, checked registry to make sure there isn't anything CCP related in any of the Software folders, updated all drivers and OS required stuff, disabled A/V and Firewalls.

It's as if it starts to install, but then never actually makes it to the next step? Or even the first step?

This is with a freshly downloaded launcher install file (EveLauncher-1069348.exe).

I got it working!

So I downloaded a fresh copy of the client installer and the installer files on a different computer. Moved those files to the computer in question and attempted to install. I got the "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \device\harddisk\dr3" message. I went to computer management, disk management, and disabled the device in question (I think it's a card reader which I don't use anyway). Then the installer actually worked. I hope this helps you if you stumble upon this post.
