Seriously. Are there any corps that police low sec space? Any groups out there that are fighting known aggressors (and not everyone) in low sec?

Why would anyone attempt to police Pirate Space? Police means law and order, lowsec really only has a half tank full of each so nobody bothers.

But i do know of one group policing one system quite well. Its called Gemodii and its a marvelous vacation spot.

Everyone is an aggressor in lowsec. What more do you need. Everyone police's everyone else.

There was once an "anti-pirate coalition" around minmatar lowsec, but they were actually quite bad, and are mostly inactive now from what i know, I may be worng thouhg.

When you set specific rules of engagement, you end up getting less pvp content. You have to have a lot of faith in your RP to keep on being the white knight in an area where most pvp players shoot everything on sight (and you can't).

I think I know of the group you are referring to, haven't seen them in quite some time. They fed the Amamake killboard (with their losses) well for a while though.

To the OP, what Shae Tadaruwa said. It is lowsec, depending on how you look at it anyone/everyone is the aggressor.

Why would they?

Answer: because someone has assets in space they want to keep pests away from.

I used to spend much of my time policing Amamake before I unsubbed. Since resubbing, Amamake has been rather quiet with the death of Amarr - Minnie FW and PL has a small force capable of policing the system now. Due to the low numbers of players in said FW space, I find that I am able to easily police much of the area myself. Our small alliance has no blues so policing is typically quite simple. My favorite pilots to police though are by far the stabbed, plex-farming VNI's. I invite the OP to meet me some time and I would be happy to show him the efficiency of my policing :)

Corps have tried but you can't really be online 24/7 guarding entire regions for other people.

I mean you're basically just playing cat and mouse with pirates which have full access to dock up any time they want. In NullSec a group can't really dock in hostile space so it's easier to police/guard.

Take a look at Providence and that's the closest you'll get to how this situation would work and even there people die every day because pirates (KOS players) come in and attack and kill before a guard fleet can even organise.

Goons held SOV in the north. They invaded low sec. Low sec enemies united against the goons. Goon shortly lost all of their SOV and now live In the south. This is like a low sec police or maybe more of a larger scale force.
