calculating ore requirements for production

i was wondering if there is an easy way to calculate the ore needed for production. There are loads of ways to calculate the cost of buying the minerals but I cant see a way of calculating the ore requirement.

google fuzzworks.uk.co he has a compressed ore calculator make sure you update your skills/implants correctly to get the correct amount of ore you will be needing.
