CREST fleet cache timers

So, what's going on with fleet cache timers? It seems like character locations and ships gets updated only once in 30s, while wing and squad information seems to follow the 5s cache time rule that was said in the documentation (https://eveonline-third-party-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/crest/fleet/index.html)

Am I doing something wrong? If not, is this (fleet member locations and ships) going to be fixed at some point? This delay kinda makes useful fleet tools to be just "well, it's kinda okay if we are afk camping".

Character location and ships update from the system nodes, to the fleet node once every 30 seconds (that thirty seconds is per node. They don't all line up. So one might do it at 5 and 35 part, and another might do it at 10 and 40 past)

It's a technical limit.
