What if, instead of reminding me every time I log in that I have free SP left, a notification would pop up that there is a personal contract waiting? Right now, this notification only triggers if you are logged in at the time the contract is set or when manually opening the contracting window. This means you miss those contracts if the other part doesn't actively tell you through some other means that there is one waiting.

lol even if you are logged in when the contract is sent AND you open the contract window you still may not get the notification. plz fix
