whenever I choose to train Astrometric Acquisition game crashes

whenever I put this skill into the skill queue the game crashes every 5 minutes thank God I'm not in a Wormhole right now

when it's not in my skill queue I don't have any problems at all it gives me a closed socket error I hope this is good enough because I don't really have any more information
