Just a clarification - is non-rare pirate ammo, e.g. Arch Angel, also banned?

Yes. The only faction ammo you can use is Navy.

My question was regarding modules containing more charges than a normal module.
For exemple, the ASB was introduced in Inferno and was able to contain 13 faction charges. It was nerfed later the same year to a more reasonable 9 charges.
However ship which hasn't been reffited or used since the nerf still have 13 charges, making them very powerfull.
Same goes for the RLML.

The ASB with 13 charges was so totally boss you just tanked everything! It was very OP at the time. The 9 charge limit is much more balanced.

Another clarification, please.

I understand that deploying cargo containers is not allowed, but is it allowed to simply keep them in cargo (in order to extend one's cargohold)?

FWIW, I was told not to do this in AT11 (I think?), so at least the tool was flagging cans back then.

As I know you can only fit 1 per ship.

I think he wants to know if a logi ship (scimitar?) Can have both a local Ancillary shield booster combined with a remote ancillary shield booster or if he can only use 1 of these.

Having any of the illegal to deploy items (including cargo containers) in your hold will flag a warning in the tool and we'll make you remove them before the match.

The Orca is not considered a Command Ship or an Industrial ship for the purposes of the tournament (as it's in a separate group called "Industrial Command Ship"). The Orca is NOT allowed in the tournament.

Remote ASBs do not count towards the one per ship ASB limit. You are free to fit one local ASB and one Remote ASB on your logistics ship.

One other clarification to make:
Cosmetic variations of ships (such as the Rattlesnake Victory Edition) will be counted as their base ship and cannot be used to bypass hull limits or bans.

So if i got this straight....
On a flagship you could have 2x Core x-type large armor repairers, 1x large ancillary armor repairer and 1x ancillary shield booster fitted for tank? (not that you'd dual tank your flagship i'm just asking if this thing above is allowed )

Yes that would be legal on a flagship.
