I those days the Raven was the biggest Warship, but you also had the Heavy Drone carriers, ie Thorax with 8 and
Dominix with 15 Heavy Drones (you could launch all your drones in those times, no bandwidth restrictions)

There was the Cruise Missile Kestrel, fitted with 4 Heavy Launchers (ok only 1 missile per launcher, but 1 salvo was enough)

Mining was done in Battleships, with Miner IIs (the very first t2 module)

Eve regions were still pretty empty, though there were less of them then

There were the Super Highways, where in one jump you could cross a whole region

At that time Yulai was the Main hub, not Jita....

My first MMORPG I played was a Sci-Fi space game called DarkSpace, roughly from 2006 to 2007. It was mainly PvP which once in a while spawned some Alien NPC's. The game consisted of 3 different Factions, each competing to take over 'The Metaverse' that consisted of 7 different Constellations with about 40 Planets total. Each Planet could be built up with defenses to slow down and hopefully stop others from taking control. I was mainly an Engineer who built up the Planets after being conquered and also provided backup support in a combat Cruiser.

I heard about Eve Online from the other players in chat and their reviews of this game was very negative, to the point that I said I would never sub with Eve and just plain didn't think about Eve at all.

Sometime later after that the majority of Fleet Members I was flying with but hadn't actually joined up with did a planned stealth allegiance flip and the next thing I knew I was being attacked by them. These were people I had been flying with daily for months. I definitely didn't like being stabbed in the back and since I was an excellent Engineer, I placed my application with another Fleet and was quickly accepted. Needless to say after a couple of months I pretty much had my fill of PvP and basically stopped logging into that game.

About 6 months after I stopped playing that game, mid 2008, I was watching Battlestar Galactica on Sy-Fy channel and saw this TV commercial. At first I thought it was part of the TV series until I saw the Eve Online logo at the end. After doing a goggle search and spending a couple weeks viewing various Eve Online info guides and videos, I subbed to the game and have been with Eve ever since.

After creating my character I found myself in an NPC corp mainly filled with Industrial players doing Mining and Manufacturing. I was hooked into doing exploration due to watching DNightmare vids and realized I had a lot of skills to train. At that time there was a skill group called Learning Skills which accelerated training time so I trained those along with Core Fitting skills as well as ship, defensive and offensive skills. Exploration was not like it is today, it was a highly skilled specialized career that not many players did. It required multiple probes of various types and took much longer time to find site's.

Right after I trained up to do the old probing mechanic, almost a year after I had joined, CCP released the exploration remake expansion called Apocrypha in March 2009. Much to my dismay they had reduced the level of skills needed to ensure the new content was easily available to all. Competition was scarce at that time and since I was now over skilled I quickly jumped into exploration. Exploration is and always will be my first and foremost career path here in Eve.

Now I just wanna make it clear I never did any Mining when I started. I did regular missions and at that time Thukker Shield Extenders were a much sought after Market item. However in the course of doing Thukker missions to get Loyalty Points for the Shield Extenders to sell in market to get the required skills and equipment I needed to do Exploration, I nearly destroyed my Faction standings that allowed me to enter most of High Security space. Not good for business and since I was doing exploration career, I needed to fix that issue. After being told there was no way to have positive standings with all Empire Factions, I spent a few months doing research and created a plan of action to correct that issue.

After testing for a couple of months to make sure it worked, I released the first draft of the Faction Standing Repair Plan to the playerbase on 2-4-2010 in the 'Missions & Complexes' sub-forum. 'The Plan' was quickly accepted and praised by a lot of players.

Time and time again it proved itself to be the easiest and quickest way to not only repair negative Faction standings, but to also boost positive Faction standings as well. It went through a few revisions and when the new Forums became active on 9-10-2011, I posted the final draft of 'The Plan' for all Capsuleers to use in CCP's Eve Wiki called Evelopedia (now discontinued) along with a thread in the new Forums for 'Questions & Comments'.

About a month later on 10-26-2011, 'The Plan' was acknowledged and praised by CCP Spitfire. On 5-11-2015 'The Plan' thread was finally made sticky by ISD Ezwal after multiple requests from players.

I've had multiple players at various times acknowledge and or contact me in-game via Local chat, Evemail and or personal convo request due to 'The Plan', even though over the years I've been very active in the forums helping answer questions about exploration and missions. 'The Plan' has even been condensed and copied into other Wiki's. Believe me, I never expected to become Eve Famous for sharing info that others had overlooked for years.

Anyway, that's my 'Claim To Fame' here in Eve and I'm proud to have helped the Eve playerbase with that contribution.

Short recap:
Started eve, traded sisters probes and made good isk.

Started missions and grinded to L4 bought raven and sold it after seeing how boring it was.

Got drake and started exploration, got into ninja salvaging, figured drake is useless now since it's crap so I suicide ganked an industrial in uedama in it and made 200m profit.

Started awoxing, stealing, infiltrating and generally being up to no good.

Been up to no good ever since, also started praising James 315 who is the savior of highsec and landlord we all owe our civilization.

I could write the whole story but it would take about 15-20 posts, CBA. Blink

I started off back in 2007 when kept on seeing my housemate mining and kept on asking what he wast doing, etc.

Very soon I found myself with a free trial, frigate and ushered to this little pocket of high-sec systems surrounded by low-sec space in a small corporation.

Within a few weeks I had a cruiser and got my first retriever and sent to work. This kinda went on for a while in-between learning to use my first Myrmidon BC.

Within 6 months, I was promoted to Corp Mining Director and 9 months later CEO.

Since then, I've been to High-sec, Low-sec, Null-sec, WH-space. I have flown some of the biggest ships in the game and run my own corp for the past 7-8 years.

To summarise for the new players, work hard, train as much as you can and experience as much of the game as possible. It will set you up if you play longer term.

I Started in 2012.
Before even creating a character I asked a good friend playing Eve how everything is working and did several days forum research. :D
So I started the game with the buddy program. Which back then offered a start with 500M ISK.
I invested nearly everything in training books and Cormorants and enjoyed Missions.

When I learned to hate tracking disruption i started to train for a drake and when my 500M ISK were depleted I trained for a Mining Barge.
Was in HiSec and Nullsec during these days and It was fun. :)

It was July 2013 and was looking for something new. Had a friend at work (no longer works with me) who played Eve as a miner as I was still playing World of Warcraft. He told me to go onto Youtube and look at some videos and check some webpages to see if it was what I wanted.

After a while, I liked what I saw and in August I started Morgan here. I wanted to go into wormholes right away but my friend laughed and told me to join Eve University and start getting used to the game. I knew Eve University took their time in recruiting so after an hour after character creation, I was sitting in a wormhole (no clue what class) looking at everything in absolute wonder floating in my Probe (Winmatar baby!). Of course, I warped to the sun trying to figure out what was in there...and yes, I did bookmark the exit. Unknown to myself, the hole was EoL (end of life) and it closed while I was in there. So, I got my fill of curiosity after an hour or so and decided to head back out, only to land in deadspace with NO wormhole exit present.

I f***ing panicked. I called my friend at work and was almost balling that I was lost in a wormhole. I was not cloaked since I didn't have the skill yet. After he stopped laughing, he told me to scan down an exit. After composing myself, I scanned down two exits and warped to the first one. As I landed on it and started my approach, another ship landed almost next to me. I screamed in real life and almost wet my pants as I ran from this unknown (and still unknown, I didn't know what ship landed there) ship and took the exit as fast as my Probe could take me. Luckily, I was jumping into a new highsec system, 43 jumps from where I was. Yeah, I got hooked.

So after waiting 3 weeks in their stupid damn queue, I finally got my interview and was accepted into Eve University. I then immediately asked when I could go to the Wormhole Campus, in which they told me I had to wait a minimum of six weeks and get promoted to Sophomore. So I spent the next six weeks scanning down and exploring wormholes while waiting for my promotion.

Well, I didn't get it because my killboard was pretty much blank, which they said I wasn't active enough. I waited two more weeks after being in their lowsec campus evading everyone and still no promotion. I said to hell with them and joined a C2 wormhole corporation. What that corporation failed to mention is they went from C2 to C5...so I was a 1.2m sp newbie pilot in a C5 doing absolutely nothing but train skills and mine gas when I could.

Have pretty much done everything but nullsec living, and been thinking of that. I have never regretted anything I have done and even after 3 years I still love this game.

My first time with Eve was in 2009. I had recently switched to Linux, and I was looking for a linux-compatible game. I tried Eve on trial. I liked it, but I wasn't psychologically ready to pay a monthly subscription at the time. I left with a vague desire for more.

Mid-2012, I had gone through WoW Cataclysm through and through, and felt like I had explored everything worthy of being explored. I had even done the old raids and recovered the old supreme weapons. The upcoming expansion, Mists of Pandaria, didn't appeal to me. I went looking for another game. This time I was ready to pay for a subscription. I got a trial account again, with a new character (this one), and received 400M isk thanks to the buddy program.
I did the tutorial missions, amazed by the warp animations.
I applied to Eve-Uni, met friendly people. Went on a few fleets into null with them, and got amazed by fleet warp animations. I raised slowly the curve of missions, until I felt ready to buy a drake and try L3s. On my way to fit it, I got caught by a gate camp and died. Angry, I left, feeling that that kind of PvP was not for me.

Mid-2013, I came back. I had tried two other games, but none offered the promises of freedom that Eve did. Perhaps more importantly, I had kept in touch with some news sites here and there, and I had learned about Bombers Bar. I joined a highsec mission corp, with the intent to use mission money to buy stealth bombers.
My first few bomber fleets were amazing. The thrill of the hunt, the anxiety of the cloaky gatecamp. The surprise of the sneaky cyno jump on top of the enemy. My bloodthirst suddenly awakened.
I stupidly lost another drake to another war gatecamp, and decided to fight this war, as best as i could (which wasn't much). I didn't get much success. Then I came to the realization that highsec missions weren't fun ; only a bit, if you did them with friends. I moved on, joined my first wormhole corp. I was pretty much alone the whole time and moved on again. Tried RvB, two more w-space corps, highsec missions, highsec warfare, a bit of nullsec.
Along that path, I came to the realization that Eve was a sandbox, where a lot of activities could be done. A lot. And I decided that I would try them all.
I created an alt, that dabbled in station trading. Then I slowly skilled her into manufacturing. Then into T2 manufacturing. Surprisingly, I started to enjoy doing that ; she is now my money-maker.
As an IT engineer, I discovered the API and started to build my own app for scouting the market for my manufacturing alt. The app is still in progress, but it's working fine.
Early 2016, I joined nullsec warfare for the first time. Before I could really settle in, I got dragged into WWB, on the side of the Imperium. I got to see a battle in Hakkonen, got directly involved in M-0, and I even alerted my FC of the fact our logi wing wasn't effective against the enemy alpha during the battle of UQ9. My corp followed Razor in Syndicate, and I stuck with them. My corp got invited into Triumvirate and I follow them again. My corp disbanded and I stayed with Tri.

I haven't tried everything, yet. But the universe isn't coming to an end. We immortal capsuleers understand it better than anyone.

The above message presents my opinions on the topic at hand. If there is a conflict between my views and reality, consider reality to be correct until proven otherwise.

Nice topic/thread!

Bittervet here Lol Started late beta March/April 2003. Missed offcial start because it took 1-2 weeks for the CD/DVD to ship from UK to Germany (or according to some wiki it was released later in non-UK EU countries, but I definatly ordered it from the UK). Never played any other online game, just plain out of nowhere EVE hit me.

Started as a miner (shooting stuff seemed very scary Roll ), I dont even remember if there was any kind of basic tutorial or whatever. After a while joined my first corp Syncore and we mined the hell out of some gallente 0.6 system I think ... after some weeks/months we joined 0.0 alliance Xetic Federation and lived in southern Feythabolis. Been a 0.0 guy ever since, just love this "live in your own little internet spaceship territory". Alliance kinda reformed/changed to Ascendant Frontier. Saw CYVOK in the very first titan, got DDed by SirMolle, awesome fights with G Alliance and BoB. All this good old stuff Big smile

After Ascendant Frontier I took my first break (EVE can be very time consuming if you a) like it "too much" and b) help with corp tasks/responsibilities, running POSs, etc.). At some point sold my first main, started all over with a new main, got involved with other corp/alliance, sov won and lost, lived up north and again down south, big battles and roams, again took a break for whatever EVE/RL reasons I cannot even remember, came back after a while, again sold main and started 3rd one, rinse and repeat Big smile

Now back after a 4-year break, this time not selling my char (have learned my lesson). Let's see what's it going to be this time, maybe back with old corp/alliance mates, or new area like drone regions, or this WH-space thing Shocked

My account is eight years old, I'm no vet, I've been away for a long time and have little idea what I'm doing hehe just having a read through various things and saw this.

I figured I would post here because, despite my lack of current knowledge, I find myself in a reasonably comfortable position within the game now. I was flying things I can't use as an alpha clone but can make just about every ship that I can use.

Way back in 2008 my brother and I started a little corp when we joined the game, we found a quiet little spot near main routes and started mining etc with the hopes of building up resources to mitigate any loses we encountered on the way (Having your own ship yard is good right?) it went ok, was able to buy bits and pieces, but our quiet little spot was very quiet, sometimes you would see folk stop by but, apart from miners occasionally it was empty, was nothing in it you couldn't get anywhere else.

Still we weren't bringing in billions but we weren't going broke, we could run missions or fly places we new better than to fly and had ships there already built to replace them and we were still quite new to the game by all standards but we never found it too difficult to progress at a pace we were happy with.

For various reasons we stopped playing, but I've always stopped by from time to time for a look, I've just logged in for a look and my quiet little spot now seems to be a very busy little spot (which I had figured it would turn into when I chose it) there's me sitting in it with the makings of a shipyard and no one selling for several jumps, some old stock has already sold pretty quick and while I'm not rich, I can afford to place a few buy orders for materials.

I guess why I made this post is to show that just a little bit of thought and forward planning can really work out in eve (like mine sort of has, far different story had been active and taken advantage of the growth and extra skill training etc) but I had never intended my operation to be an over night thing, or a major operation, It was always just a means to resupply ships that were lost. I can go now learn what I am doing again and then take advantage of all the work I put in way back when.

Edit: My test buy/sell orders were done in the hour I spent looking on here, so at least for the time being I've customers.

I was trying to find Earth and beyond, though I was playing that for the longest time till I found out the game I was looking for was dead for some time.
That is what happens when you play a game for a couple weeks and then don't after 2 years and forget the name.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

I was actually going to write an encouraging new post for newbs telling them how I got started, specifically in PVP, then I saw this thread, so I'll post it here instead.

When I started, I had no idea what EVE really was. I knew what I wanted it to be, and carebeared my way through the first few months without a clue. I wanted to learn how to fight other players, but not right away. I went to lowsec early to mine in a Navitas. Seyllin, specifically, where I made four full loads of jaspet without being harassed. Then on the fifth, a wild Jaguar appeared, and it was super effective.

From that moment on, I wanted to learn to PVP. I was realising that this game was a PVP game, and that I'd have to learn how to survive. I talked to people in FW and learned a few basics about bookmarking, I gradually learned how to fit better, and joined a 'PVP corp'. Well, that's what they called themselves.

They didn't help me with much, I was still mostly fending for myself, but my first real PVP victory came while I was with them. I'd learned enough to fit up a Vexor for mining, but one that could hopefully defend itself. I didn't really understand what kind of threats were out there, but I wanted to give it a go anyway. With my heart beating, I returned to lowsec with my new Vexor.

I can't remember which lowsec. I can't remember exactly how the Vexor was fit either, but I had at least one medium rail turret, a web, and as much tank as possible, and drones. So I went mining. And again, I made a fair few runs before the attack came, but when it did, I was ready for it, cuz I'd learned how to dscan as well. I saw what was coming: an Incursus.

He was probably expecting an easy target, but my drones chewed through him quicker than I expected. I had no scram, and he bailed, which is why I call it my first victory, instead of my first kill. It made me feel damn good, and much more confident. My next trip to lowsec, I decided, would be for kills.

The corp I was with was recruiting. They recruited a guy named Praethis. Prae and I made fast friends (and have been best mates ever since, which is amazing for me because I'm not very good at making friends: these days he doesn't play EVE, but we still play Elite and Black Desert together, and have a lot of good times). Prae taught me to gank, but he didn't make me do anything, he just took me with him and made me loot for him. At first, I was still carebear, and I distinctly remember saying, "no, I can't loot for you, I'll go criminal or something", and him laughing at me and telling me to HTFU in a friendly shoulder-jabbing way. So, he ganked, I looted.

Before long, I was ganking too, and Prae was using an alt to clean up the mess we were leaving together. Then I finally finished training into assault frigates.

In September of 2013, I took an Ishkur to lowsec, and found my first kill: a stealth bomber I accidentally decloaked warping to a planet. After that, it was all downhill. For the rest of 2013, I went on a murder spree. By January, my kill count was in the hundreds. I took a special glee in attacking and killing ships bigger than me, and formed a special connection with my ship of choice for the job, the Ishkur.

From there, it's history. Prae and I formed a small alliance eventually and went and took over Khanid's lowsec R64s and we would have held them if structure warfare wasn't so ******* terrifyingly boring. We got sick of it, Prae and a few other mates I'd made started leaving EVE, and I went back to highsec to do some mercing. But, before we left Khanid, we had a shittonne of fun. Trained a bunch of new people in PVP, met a bunch of new people as well, stole corps from other alliances cuz they liked how we knew how to have fun with what we were doing, and just got up to general shenanigans. Good times.

Anyway, long story short, I learned through all of that that the most important thing was to have fun. I don't like structure warfare, so I don't do it. I don't like a lot of things in this game, but I did em anyway just to try, but more than that, to understand. Because the best way to understand how to defend against being ganked is to go out and learn how to gank. The best way to learn how to get through a gate camp is to go and join one to learn how they operate. The best way to avoid high sec mercs is to, again, join them and learn how they operate.

Knowledge is power.

Good to see an old CIC friendly face still out and about Big smile to say nothing of the warm fuzzy feeling seeing the older eve pics bring back, thank you for having them and more importantly sharing them.

As for me...

I started EvE mid July 2006, I had always wanted to play a space based MORPG and finally had a brand new computer that had enough muscle in it to run some serious games. Several friends had played Earth and Beyond and told me about EvE, while not serious players themselves they had said it was it was worth a shot.

I'll never forget the first time I undocked... a mix of wonderment and becoming lost in the visuals and the tiny pinprick pixels of stars all around. I was hooked, flying every which way just soaking in the ambiance. I loved being in space, even if I was doing nothing but spinning my camera around as I flew close to planets and stations... the insane thing was that I didn't know how to warp, how to dock, or really how to do anything other than point my ship at something and fly towards it. That first day I spent 7 hours slow boating towards a planet from my starting station. Day two I figured out that maybe I should pay attention to Aurora and the tutorial (such as it was 10 years ago).

The first corp I got invited to was fairly bad, guy who ran it had good intentions but was a novice in so many things and too keen on being in charge than the responsibility of being in charge. But the alliance the corp was in was fantastic and I was soon joining up with another corp within the Confederation of Independent Corporations (CIC).

Never be afraid to take a chance on the unknown, do something you've never done before. Try ALL the things. Fortune Favors the Bold. Good people make playing the game worthwhile, and having fun is what it's all about.

I was barely able to fly a Mauler when my corp talked me into going to live in Delve as a BoB renter. It was crazy but I'll never forget those days with my dude Bullnard flying ships that I could barely fly hunting Blood Raider belt rats making ISK hand over fist (for us) and generally cavorting about. The jubilant shouting and vodka shot taking as we found Dark Blood Convoys and demolished them. The excitement as we evaded the occasional pirate or enemy interloper... and all the while around us the universe unfolded as it did.

I remember the day Steve was born... Just as I remember the day Steve died... I didn't really care, I was shootin Rats and flying ships like I had stolen them in a universe I still loved just to gaze around within.

There are moments in this game where it's only in retrospect that you realize what you were involved in... How big it really is, how deep it runs, and how much can be done. I didn't know I was involved (in a very small way) in perhaps the biggest of all wars. I just know that I was having fun, it just so happened that one day we stopped shooting rats and started to shoot Goons. (I was terrible at shooting Goons for the record: only ever got one.)

Full Blown HiSec miner then brought in second account for hauler/shooter while dipping into LoSec for Ratting/Security standings.
Mainly I remember the "old" scan system when we had to drop different strength/timer probes while warping to a planet.
Bookmark as many times as could. Scan. Warp to closer BM and drop a stronger probe till we finally got full strength site to warp to. They were premo back then, but not really efficient time wise for the isk.
Got podded first time during War Dec before I knew about locator agents :)
Got into HiSec POS corp. Did Lvl 4 mission in LoSec where we lost a carrier.
Spent the last number of years in first C3/LoSec, C4/C1, and now running sites in C5/C1...
Sucking down premo C320/C540 gas and making excellent isk on anoms...
Hating every minute of "PI" time, but loving it when it produces a plex.
Harvesting Ice for POS fuel and convo with various other ice miners.

Heading forward into the future...

Well I think I can safely say, I'm an old vet... age-wise and game-wise Lol

Got sucked into Eve because of my good RL friends who said to try it out.
Mind you, this was in early beta's. They showed me a bit of stuff what was going on - and the graphics really got to me: it was the best back then in 2002. So I signed up, waiting to get invited into the public beta's.

And yes, finally, I was included in beta 6 from then on.
Thing I remember most clearly Shocked:

  • There was no route planning
  • There was no auto pilot

So basically you had to check the star-map every time - or remember (write down) the sequences of gates you needed to take to get from A to B.
But it was a fun to fly, do battle with friends, PvE...

Fast forward to release... due to some problems with delivery of CD and stuff, I was finally able to make a character, this one actually, in may 2002. Darn, almost 15 years ago! I remember the numbers of people online slowly rising.. from 1000-ish to 2000, 4000, 7000, 9000, 12000 to a whopping 30000+, slowly but steady.

With it came a bit of troubles, like lag and ofcourse players abusing stuff which hadn't been found during beta.

Anyway, I started with my friends as we had discussed on beginning our own Corporation, Hegemonic Core, or HC for short.
(and have characters that use that in the name). We worked very well together, becoming one of the bigger corps real fast and moving into 0.0 space for mining and industrial operations (mostly PvE oriented). At any evening, a mining belt was infested with corporation members all working together in mining, hauling and shooting down those pesky (npc) pirates. Great fun to be had!
One of the tricks we figured out was to eject the cargo, so a fellow corp member could get the contents (leave the container in place) and use it also to warp a lot closer into the mining belt. Back then, anchoring, secure containers were mia.

After a while, ofcourse, there came some wars with some notorious gangs (although I can't remember their name now) and people who just lived for PvP. So be it. I moved out, back to hisec and left HC to start my own corp. Few came with me and found that other RL friends had also become active in Eve. So using an alliance we worked together and made tonnes of ISK using trade! One thing I remember from that era, is that with disruptors and PvP in hisec (stargates weren't protected back then) it could be a nuisance for a number of people. So, we had found a way to warp in behind the stargates and due to lagging/disruptors bouncing us back nearly on top of the stargate we were able to jump immediately leaving the pirates empty handed. Lot of bookkeeping tho. Millions of ISK - hard to get back then - in profits!

Then with announcement of T2 stuff, I decided to go all out on NPC missions and stuff, like standing and such. Unfortunately, this was very boring and not really rewarding in the long run and it got me bored with Eve. Long time playing and paying, but little rewards to show for it. Only one T2 blueprint received, after doing thousands of missions, so I decided to take a long break.

I did visit Eve sometimes, when there was an offer to play again for free for a month for example, to check out the new stuff. So somewhere in such a 'trial' period I found out about mining barges. Spend some time with that, which was fun, but still, not enough to keep me playing.

Now I've returned for a bit. It seems there is much more to do for me, but basically it's about:

  • relearning the ropes
  • noticing there are still some nasty bugs that newbies might not be able to overcome (like wrong skill book given and then having to buy a pricy one to continue the introduction mission!)
  • Probes / scanning stuff
  • Planets / customs?
  • Real research, well sort of, instead of magic random god worshipping hoping to get some T2 BP....
  • Figuring out the new skills, what to use and seeing about my old stuff
  • Reading about all the new items (like ship hardpoints, factories - yay no more slot limitations, which I might add, was a real PITA)

So I think I'll be around for a while (again)... Big smile

OK, I came to Eve in March 2004, after hearing that Earth&Beyond (a shortlived MMO) was closing down

I remember being the richest guy in my Corp for a while (I had a massive 77mill isk)

I failed to mention, I am still playing Eve, nonstop since 2004, though now I have 11 Eve Accounts (7 active)
I, or any of my alts are always prepared to help newer players out, though recommend they join a Corp
I never rip them off, I`d rather get more friends, even if they join another corp after a while.

I may be a Carebear, but never corner me.....(my skills surpass many active PvPers)

UPDATE:

I now have 12 accounts, thought 5 are now Alphas

I saw the game mentioned somewhere on the interwebs like, 10 years ago or something like that. I played it and thought it was awesome until I realized it was getting to be more like work. I quit, I missed it, I started playing again, I realized it was getting to be more like work. I quit, I missed it, I started playing again, I realized it was getting to be more like work.
