Just Came Back - WTF is 'Asset Safety'?

Says I have an item called 'asset safety wrap'. Apparently I bought a plex in a citadel that was later destroyed?

So, how soon before I can get the plex out of this strange limbo?

Official Documentation

TLDR: After 5 days you can have the item(s) delivered to NPC Station, Outpost, or Citadel in the same system. If you don't use, this will happen automatically after 20 days and there is a 15% fee to get your stuff back.
