Cyno at onlining POS?

If one wanted to move some capital ships with, say, one intermediate stop in low sec and didn't want to mess with the whole setting up a semi-permanent cyno alt at a station with lots of Kestrels and cynos and LO thing (it's a route not taken often, or the alts have better things to do, or whatever), could they do something like the following if they had access to something as convenient and essentially unstoppable in low sec as a Prowler:

fit a cyno to a Prowler, load it with some LO, a medium control tower (just to be safe, 21km shield radius), an hour's worth of POS fuel. Anchor the POS in the desired low sec system (not like it's hard to anchor a tower without attracting much attention), put in fuel, online the tower. Once again, not very difficult to online a POS without attracting unwanted attention. When the onlining timer has, say, 10 seconds left the alt in the Prowler lights the cyno close to the control tower, the cap ship jumps to the cyno, and POS shields go up within seconds enclosing the Prowler+cyno and the cap ship, making both the cyno pilot and the cap pilot untargetable for as long as the shields are up. Then the cap ship jumps to its intended destination, presumed already safe and secure. The tower is then packed up whenever possible/convenient, very little risk to the tower and the Prowler alt, and essentially no risk to the cap pilot.

Valid game tactic? Lame exploit? Just a lame game tactic?

Disposable cyno alt, 50k frig and a station with large docking radius.

Why complicate things and waste hours anchoring towers?

Are you seriously going to take an extra 20-30 minutes to anchor and online a tower every time you want to jump?

If they want to anchor a tower every time they want to jump, sure.

Valid, and clever, tactic.

Any rookie ship, which you have an infinite supply of, plus a Micro Auxillary Power Core and Cyno 4 is all you need. Rookie ships hold exactly 300 liquid ozone for one activation.

Hauling a pile of MAPC and cyno modules is a lot easier than hauling frigate hulls.

As mentioned by everybody else, why complicate things?

I've always used a disposable Cyno alt, as do the majority of others.

An improvement to your plan

The POS will not produce a shield until u enter a password for it

so u can anchor and online your POS but do not enter a pass word until u need it.

Allows u to prepare the POS in your own quiet time. Then when you are ready light the cyno - jump the ship enter the password create the shield

This will work; however, what the op proposes will not. Despite the cyno beacon being within the pos shield it will not allow you to jump to it.

Source: I have done this by mistake before.

I'm fairly sure that any trick that allows you to light a cyno within POS shields is considered an exploit.

Yeah that got changed a while back.

Edit - and if the OP can anchor a tower without getting noticed then you can sure as hell cyno in/out without going near a station.
