Exploration - what am I doing wrong?

It's funny. I used to use my Anathema to go on a WH sprint. Scan one down...collect up probes...jump through...rinse...repeat 10-12 times just to see where I end up. Then navigate back direct or jump a few more WHs to K-space for a safe dock.

Just for the fun of it. Been awhile since I've done anything in EvE 'just for the fun of it.'
